Louis Pasteur invented the process in the 1860s This heat process harms the natural enzymes and proteins in the foodsUVC is a more advanced 20st century method of purifying liquids without using heat. UVC has been successfully used to clean water for decades. Opaque liquids are now able to be gently cleaned with UVC instead of heat. We have been successfully using this UVC technology since 2010 to cold purify milk
The general public is unaware that most beverages and fruit juices consumed today are pasteurized
